Probably the best source for free airplane schematics, including plans for an exceptional replica of the Boeing 777: RC Modeling Plans rc plane

Almost as good is Dave Fritz's R/C Plane Page. Many plans are converted to CAD.

Surprisingly, About.com actually has a pretty helpful article about building rc airplanes and helicopters. They also provide some downloadable .pdfs.

If you're looking for scale models, try this resource at RCPlanesLovers.com. Here you'll find plans for classic warbirds like the A-51 Mustang to floats you can land on water.
